Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center provides a specialized inpatient mental health program for older adults who suffer from mental health challenges.

The Older Adult Program is a senior behavioral health program that helps improve the quality of life for older individuals with behavioral and emotional disorders. This 30-bed unit offers psychiatric stabilization, assessment, and treatment of behavioral and emotional disorders in the elderly. It includes biological, psychological, and social programs that address the socioeconomic, spiritual, and environmental needs of older adults.
